Before returning goods, please don`t take the product apart and contact us immediately. Then we can provide the solution for you. In over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem by technical support, without returning. Give us within 3 days to check the problem for you, then we will discuss the problem issus with you :) If problem continues, please:
1) Kindly return us the item in original packaging (Kindly send back the defects item)
